 Returns policy

  Products returned for exchange must be received by us in an undamaged and saleable condition within 7 days from the date of sale or delivery to you in the original unopened packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. All costs (including delivery costs) to exchange products are your responsibility.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned;

 Size of your purchase.  
(It is important you check the size of your furniture purchase to ensure that it will fit through all doorways, lift access and entrances). 
 For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund Quilts/Duvets, Pillows, Mattress Protectors, or Mattresses for change of mind.  Please ensure you select these products carefully before purchase.
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (toiletries, products of hygiene nature (nappies/wipes) and used mattress .  
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery 

 In case of faulty nappies, training pants, wipes or any other disposable item: when customers use more than 5pcs of any disposable product, they acknowledge accepting the quality they have paid for. In this way the company fulfil the conditions of the term Quality guaranteed (or guaranteed quality, or satisfaction guaranteed or your money back....etc). Customers may not ask for an exchange after using more than 5pcs, unless they pay for the used product and other incurred courier charges. Customers should not dispose of such faulty product without consulting the company first. Exchange of faulty product is only possible when the customer returns the faulty product.

*In the situation of the returned goods not in original condition we have the right to refuse the return and refund or we may charge 10% to 20% or even more of the purchase price's restock fee.

‘Change-of-mind’ purchases
Kapai Kids Furniture doesn’t accept to return an item(s) you have simply changed your mind about.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

The shipping cost is nonrefundable.

If a customer return opened or used product, or returns a product after 30 days from delivery, Kapai Kids Furniture reserves the right to decline the return or charge a 20% restocking fee, depending on the scenario.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate or credit note will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
